Who we've worked for and what we've done

Our dedication to providing quality service has produced a list of clients that we are very proud of.  Please take a few moments to look over the list below to see some of the clients we've been able to help, and to get a better feel for some of our accomplishments.  It is sad to realize that a few of them are no longer in business, but we've included them here to give you a better idea of some of the work we've done over the years. 


Allegro Acceptance is the largest "In-Industry" provider of retail financing to America's keyboard dealers and their customers.  Our first project with them was to customize our Contract Preparation System to produce the Allegro Sales Document Preparation System for use by their dealers. Within a few years this led to their support in developing a new Windows version of the product.  Not only does this system provide an easy method of doing the calculations and preparing the finance contracts on a computer, but it also prepares cash sale invoices for the dealers on sales that don't even include Allegro!

Like with other lenders, we provide a full turnkey solution that includes duplication of the software disks and manuals, order processing and shipping, and complete technical support for their dealers.

After doing work with Allegro for several years, they approached us about developing a new corporate website, with a private section for their dealers.  In addition to providing the general public with information about Allegro, the site allows dealers to login, then submit and track credit applications for their customers.


Bank of America is one of the largest banks in the United States. We have created customized versions of our Contract Preparation System to be used in specialized areas of their business.


Brighton Homes was one of the Top 10 Homebuilders in South Florida.  They initially contracted with us to produce a new windows-based version of our Homebuilder Information System to track and manage the Sales and Production information in their business. They were pleased enough with the product that they then had us develop a new Customer Service system to be used by their warranty department.


Denny has done marketing and general business consulting with CDP for over 15 years, and now serves on their board of directors. While we have helped them with a variety of technical services over the years, including maintenance of their website, our primary involvement has been general consulting regarding their products and business management.


Digital, which became a division of Compaq, which is now a part of Hewlett Packard was one of the world's premier computer system manufacturers.  We implemented a custom version of our Ambassador Database Marketing System to track all of the sales leads that they distributed to their reseller partners in the Florida region, and to automatically prepare follow-up mailings.


Engineered Homes ranks among the top Florida home builders in the Orlando area, with numerous residential real estate communities located throughout Central Florida. Because of our extensive experience in the homebuilding industry, they chose us to work with them to help manage their technology environment and to implement a version of our Homebuilder Information System.



General Personnel Consultants

Based outside of Orlando, GPC is a locally owned staffing services company..  They provide a variety of staffing services through their GPC Staffing, Right Hand Man and GPC Driving offices throughout Florida and Georgia.

GPC has selected us to provide onsite system support services for their offices in Florida.



 

Green Tree Financial Servicing Corp, which was later acquired by Conseco Finance, was a large Consumer Financial Services firm providing consumer financing for manufactured homes, home equity, home improvements, consumer products and equipment, as well as commercial floor planning. We customized our Contract Preparation Software for them to produce first the Green Tree Contract Preparation System, then later the Conseco Contract Preparation System.  We managed the entire project of distributing the software to over 3000 of their RV, Marine, Motorcycle, Trailer and Music dealers. We also provided all of the technical support for the dealers


When John Deere's consumer credit division needed contract preparation software for their dealer network, they called on us. Based upon our experience with Yamaha, Green Tree and Conseco, they knew that we could produce the software they needed, and manage the distribution and support for their network of RV dealers. Like with our other Lender clients, we essentially functioned as a department of Deere, handling all software order fulfillment and technical support for their dealers. 


Lennar Corporation is one of the largest homebuilders in the United States. We are very proud to say that they are our oldest client, and that we have been doing work for them every month since 1989. Over this period of time, we have undertaken many projects, a few of which are described here.

Homebuilder Information System
Our first project with Lennar was to implement our Homebuilding Information System. Over a period of several years, it became the management information system used in 15 of their divisions throughout Florida, Texas, Arizona and California. This system manages all of the sales and closing data for each home buyer, commissions for the salespeople, construction status, and warranty service. The system is used to process all of the daily activities, and produces extensive management reporting as needed.

Ambassador Database Marketing System
We customized our Ambassador Database Marketing System for Lennar to better accommodate the needs of homebuilding. Five of Lennar's divisions used the system to manage sales leads, and to automatically produce follow-up mailings to their prospects. The system was run by a centralized administrator in each division. It has been phased out as the Sales Offices themselves have become automated (see Computers For Tracts below), allowing the salespeople to directly maintain their own prospect data.

Website Development
When the Internet started to become popular, six of the Lennar divisions turned to us for the creation of their websites. We developed a database driven architecture, with online price and inventory updating. These sites were maintained by us for over four years, until they were recently replaced with a new corporate wide system.

Computers for Tracts
Lennar is in the process of implementing Sales Office Automation solutions in their sales offices nationwide. They selected Computers for Tracts (the industry leader) to provide the software. We were very pleased to have been selected to manage the implementation and training in many of their divisions.

System Upgrades and Networking Support
Lennar has selected us to provide onsite system support services for their offices throughout Florida.  Our onsite services include troubleshooting network and communications problems, reconfiguring networks and PCs, and installing, moving and setting up new equipment.


Moralmar is one of Florida's leading suppliers of modular cabinetry and closet systems, with annual production of over 4,000 homes. They heard about SOFTRITE through some of the homebuilders they work with, and came to us for an affordable solution to their job tracking needs. We developed an extensive custom database application using Microsoft Access that tracks jobs from the time of sale, through production and installation, and then manages all the warranty tasks.


Park Square is one of the premier homebuilders in Central Florida. When they wanted to develop a database system to track all of their sales and production data, they turned to us. They helped us define additional requirements for our Homebuilder Information System, and are now our most advanced user. The system tracks production data from the time a lot is platted until the home is complete, and buyers information from the time the contract is signed until the home is closed. An extensive set of management reports are produced to enable the management team to stay on top of each and every home being built.

One of our most exciting projects for Park Square, was to develop a buyer's website.  The website is fed data from the Homebuilder Information System, along with additional information regarding their specific home and surrounding vicinity.  Each new home buyer receives a userid and password that enables them to access their own private website to track the progress of their home and learn more about their new community.

We've also gotten involved helping Park Square with their sales offices. They were using ACT to track prospects and follow up with them. They had us customize their ACT screens to track additional information and then help develop and conduct a training program for the sales people.

In the summer of '05, our involvement with Park Square offered an opportunity different than any we had previously pursued. Denny was asked to head up their Information Technology department on a part-time contract basis. IT had been reporting directly to the CFO, but had grown to the point that they wanted some help getting it better organized. Denny organized a team of eight, and has continued to direct their efforts.


Denny had the opportunity to work with Doug Guido for a number of years when he was a division President with Lennar Homes. When Doug started the Tampa division for Plantation, we were brought in to help plan and implement the local area network, and provided ongoing support and planning as required.


Yamaha Music Finance was our original client for the Contract Preparation System. We worked with them to design a solution to help dealers complete contracts easier and more accurately. This program later became the basis for the Allegro, Bank of America, Green Tree/Conseco and John Deere systems.  

Another project we undertook for Yamaha was to develop a program to be used internally to manage and analyze the financial statements of their dealers.  This system helped them manage their lending process by maintaining dealer statements in a database, producing analysis to establish standards, and allowing a dealer to be compared with others in his category.

As a separate service, we also managed their database marketing efforts to a network of nearly 1,000 independent dealers.
