We have one service that we offer to our clients...the ability to figure out what makes sense and solve their needs. With our broad backgrounds, there are many ways for us to assist. In fact in many cases, we start out providing a particular solution for a client, then find many other things to help with, building a relationship that goes on year after year. We are not focused on specific services, but taking care of our clients. In one case, we traveled around the state of Florida, crawling under desks with a mirror and flashlight to verify serial numbers and compile an accurate inventory of their computers. While this is not a service we would generally think to promote, we were certainly glad to have the opportunity to help them. With our broad backgrounds, we are often a good solution when the requirement spans many areas and requires various skills. Custom Software and Database Development There is a lot of good quality, affordable software available today. Sometimes you can find a complete application that meets your needs. Sometimes you can even use the powerful tools available today to develop your own solution. But quite often, you need more. The complete applications only meet some of your needs, and while the tools available make it easy to develop a solution, they don't provide the expertise on how to design the solution. A well designed solution that meets your needs will not only pay for itself, but should be expected to generate a return on your investment. Our many years of experience can help provide you with just the right solution, as it has for our many other clients. We will help you define your requirements and then propose a cost effective solution. In most cases we do not have to start from scratch, but can begin with components taken from our existing software library. If you have a requirement similar to one of our existing clients, we may be able to take an application that is already developed and customize it to meet your needs. By the way, most of the custom development projects we have undertaken, are for clients that are not in our geographic area. Our people have broad backgrounds, and can help in many ways, but our most important skill is our ability to take on and solve your problems. Many technicians in the field today focus on impressing you with all the technical jargon they know. If you are technically inclined and want to understand all the details, we are happy to oblige, but we know that what you're really looking for is to have things taken care of and that is our focus. Sometimes our clients have identified their solutions and made the decision to procure or develop them, but need some assistance to manage the project. We pride ourselves at being able to talk business with business people, and technology with technicians. If you need help getting through the implementation, we may be able to help. We have the experience and interpersonal skills to interact
comfortably and effectively with your management team, to give
direction to the participants that need to get the actual work done,
and to review the progress that is being made. Wherever you have
